Entry-level technical sales role with a two-year mentorship program leading toward Technical Sales Representative promotion. Supports sales representatives and regional leadership through lead generation, quoting, follow-ups, customer engagement, CRM maintenance, product training, demos, and supplier collaboration. The role develops expertise in mobile hydraulics, technical solutions, application engineering, and sales processes while meeting activity metrics. Work is hybrid between remote and field settings, involving regular regional customer travel and occasional overnight stays.

Leads planning across multiple manufacturing sites, managing planners, production schedules, order fulfillment, material readiness, ERP data integrity, and cross-functional issue resolution. Oversees customer order intake, change orders, procurement coordination, inventory transactions, reporting, and delivery performance. Partners with operations, engineering, sales, procurement, service, and quality teams to improve planning processes, resolve escalations, and support customer commitments.

Create and edit engaging content across web, social, email, video, and social media. Collaborate with marketing, paid advertising, and communications teams to ensure brand voice, support campaign execution, provide input on creative strategy, proofread content, and assist in marketing promotions while maintaining organized workspace.
