Serves as a strategic HR partner for corporate and commercial leaders across multiple locations and functions. Develops workforce and talent strategies, leads organizational effectiveness, employee relations, succession planning, performance management, leadership coaching, and change initiatives. Uses people data and business metrics to guide decisions, advises leaders on employment practices, and partners with HR Centers of Excellence to implement effective people programs. The role requires regular travel between Pleasanton and Sonoma County locations.

Leads national and regional Kroger account strategy, go-to-market planning, customer relationships, cross-functional execution, category management, merchandising, financial performance, and sales growth. Oversees omnichannel initiatives, wholesaler coordination, promotional effectiveness, resource allocation, and a high-performing team while owning revenue, volume, profitability, and distribution objectives.

Supervises storeroom personnel and manages MRO inventory operations for a manufacturing site. Oversees inventory accuracy, cycle counts, ERP and CMMS transactions, material availability, supplier utilization, audits, SOPs, compliance, reporting, and continuous improvement. Partners with Maintenance, Engineering, Procurement, Finance, and Operations to optimize stock levels, control inventory costs, and support safe, reliable plant operations.
