Chief of Staff to the CHPO, responsible for building the HP function’s operating system, translating strategy into priorities, improving leadership cadences, supporting executive decision-making, and driving cross-functional execution. The role will lead selected organization-development initiatives, strengthen accountability, use data to form recommendations, and identify practical AI applications across recruiting, employee listening, analytics, knowledge management, and HR operations.

Analyze session recordings, heatmaps, GA4 funnels, and user behavior to identify UX friction and conversion opportunities. Design A/B test variants and prototypes in Figma, maintain design systems, report conversion insights, and collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams. Evaluate UX research tools and improve e-commerce browse-to-purchase experiences through data-driven testing and iteration.

Leads food product commercialization from formulation scale-up through commercial production. Responsibilities include selecting manufacturing lines and machinery, coordinating equipment validation and trials, establishing QA/QC standards, validating packaging and shelf-life, supporting plant production, completing process documentation, optimizing costs, improving manufacturing efficiency, and tracking launch progress. Requires collaboration with manufacturing partners and extensive travel to production sites.
