The Director of Nursing leads the campus nursing team and health operations, provides direct clinical care, manages health records and regulatory compliance, oversees staffing and professional development, coordinates emergency preparedness, and administers clinic budgets, supplies, workers’ compensation matters, and wellness initiatives.

Designs and coaches comprehensive sports performance programs for middle and upper school student-athletes, including speed, agility, strength, power, conditioning, and movement preparation. Collects and analyzes training metrics using wearable tracking and weight-room technologies to monitor workload and readiness. Supports injury-risk reduction, return-to-play progression, student sports science education, facility operations, equipment maintenance, and staff development.

Manages daily operations for the Office of Institutional Advancement, providing administrative support to senior leadership, coordinating calendars, meetings, retreats, committees, events, travel, correspondence, budgets, invoices, supplies, facilities, IT requests, communications, and front-desk coverage. The role also supports special projects, departmental reporting, confidential information, and stakeholder relationships in an on-site school environment.
