Supervise and manage campus grounds maintenance including turf, landscaping, irrigation, tree and shrub care; oversee contractors and grounds staff; plan seasonal operations, snow/Storm response, and safety. Serve as liaison with residents and external agencies, participate in budgeting, attend meetings, support resident events, and maintain compliance with regulations and training requirements.
