Lead change management and adoption for new supply chain processes and systems across EMEA. Define, document, and publish business rules; engage stakeholders; develop communications, training and feedback loops; track KPIs and adoption metrics; and support continuous improvement while liaising with IT, HR, Finance and program leads.

Support EMEA sales teams by administering Salesforce and CRM processes, maintaining data accuracy, creating dashboards and reports, tracking pipeline and incentives, coordinating quote activity, and collaborating cross-functionally to improve sales processes and forecasting.

Manage tender pursuits and influence project specifications by engaging clients, engineers, and contractors. Secure competitive submissions, build stakeholder relationships, apply consultative specification selling, collaborate with the Wear Solutions Sales Team, and support safety and business objectives with occasional travel.
