Process end-to-end multinational payroll (including Australia and Philippines), ensure compliance with tax and data protection, perform reconciliations and audits, support HR/Finance stakeholders, maintain payroll systems (Workday/HRIS), and contribute to payroll harmonization and improvement projects.

Manage end-to-end service order administration in SAP CS, including creating quotations, contracts, billing, and maintaining functional locations, equipment, BOMs and installed base. Monitor service costs, WIP and OTD, liaise with engineers, sales, logistics and finance, support reporting and document control, and occasionally travel to plant sites.

Own territory sales in Central Florida, driving market expansion and revenue growth. Build customer relationships, manage pipelines, close deals, and use Salesforce to track opportunities. Collaborate with a regional sales team, meet sales targets, and travel regularly to customer sites while maintaining safety standards.
