Ensures a safe, compliant manufacturing environment by implementing SHE procedures, conducting audits and inspections, advising employees and managers, delivering safety training, maintaining risk assessments, investigating accidents and near misses, and driving ergonomic improvements. The role manages environmental permitting and regulatory compliance, supports contractor safety, tracks sustainability metrics, develops site-level SHE plans, and represents the company during regulatory inspections.

Lead SHE strategy, compliance, risk management, safety culture, KPI reporting, hazard control, and accident management across multiple sites in Southern Europe and North Africa. The role supports senior leaders and site teams, influences employees at all levels, and requires regular regional travel, including at least six to seven trips annually.

Leads regional finance and accounting operations, including financial controls, IFRS and statutory compliance, close processes, treasury, working capital, audits, and intercompany management. Drives finance process harmonization, standardization, and transformation across multi-country operations. Partners with regional and global stakeholders, builds a high-performing team, manages change, and ensures governance, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
