Supervise care delivered by Nayas, build relationships with senior residents, and lead assisted living and memory care programs. Responsibilities include staff leadership, team building, education, staffing schedules, regulatory compliance, survey readiness, and maintaining strong communication. The role requires an active Licensed Practical Nurse credential, knowledge of state regulations, leadership experience, computer proficiency, and preferably Yardi experience.
