Leads a small development team while building and maintaining PHP, React, and WordPress platforms. Owns architecture, roadmap, deployments, security, data architecture, reporting, Salesforce integrations, vendors, and IT operations. Develops AI and machine learning applications, improves donor and staff experiences, and ensures reliable reporting on program impact. Partners with program, marketing, revenue, and finance leaders to prioritize technology initiatives and establish effective engineering practices.
