Lead manufacturing and operations, overseeing production planning, staffing, scheduling, safety, quality, and cross-functional coordination. Drive process improvements, manage post-harvest processing (drying, pelletizing, packaging), resolve operational issues, and build a culture of accountability while remaining visible to frontline teams. Report to the CEO and align operations with business and customer needs.

Territory-based consultative sales role managing and growing a client portfolio across radio and digital platforms. Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, develop multi-platform proposals, collaborate with internal teams to execute campaigns, represent the station in the community, and achieve revenue targets.

Manage overnight caregiver schedules, respond to call-outs and coverage gaps, maintain accurate scheduling records, liaise with caregivers, clients and internal teams, monitor availability/qualifications/overtime, and support administrative projects to ensure uninterrupted in-home care.
