Provide customers with technology solutions through live demonstrations, advice, troubleshooting, installation, delivery, and setup. Translate technical information into customer-friendly language, deliver strong customer support, and proactively resolve problems. The role is based in Noel Leeming’s Queen Street store, Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., totaling 45 hours per week, with ongoing onsite training and accreditations.
