Lead and support front-end store operations including checkouts, loss prevention, and team performance. Coach and motivate staff, ensure cash and checkout procedures are followed, execute plans, and deliver excellent customer service to drive store success.

In-store role providing end-to-end service: demonstrate products, set up and install technology, troubleshoot issues, support customers through delivery and installation, and improve customer experience. Work Wednesday–Saturday at Noel Leeming Northlink, collaborating with services team and completing onsite training and accreditations.

Sell a wide range of tech and appliance products, provide expert in-store customer service, build customer relationships, maintain a welcoming store presentation, support teammates to meet daily sales targets, and stay informed on industry trends to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
