Provide on-site installation, setup and troubleshooting of home technology (WiFi, TV, PC, audio). Deliver customer-facing demonstrations, support and advice, perform deliveries and installations, and handle physical tasks like lifting and ladder work. Work Tuesday–Saturday from the Mt Maunganui store, using company vehicles to reach customers.

Deliver in-store technology demonstrations, sales support, installation, setup and troubleshooting for customers. Provide excellent interpersonal customer service, adapt technical language to customer needs, work with the services team through delivery and installation, and complete onsite training and accreditations. Based at Queen Street store, Monday–Friday.

Lead and support front-end store operations including checkouts, loss prevention, and team performance. Coach and motivate staff, ensure cash and checkout procedures are followed, execute plans, and deliver excellent customer service to drive store success.
