Teams at The Walters Art Museum

Supervise the museums 24/7 Monitor Room, schedule and train security staff, monitor CCTV and alarm systems, conduct patrols and inspections, respond to incidents and emergencies, prepare reports, and maintain safety and visitor services.

Provide leadership in the monitor room to maintain a safe museum environment by monitoring CCTV and alarms, conducting rounds and inspections, reporting incidents, supervising and training officers, performing administrative duties, and coordinating emergency responses.

Facilitate and staff multigenerational museum programs (talks, workshops, family days), prepare materials, manage registrations and records, support outreach and large events, and participate in trainings to engage diverse audiences.
