Teams at The Walters Art Museum

Teach and coordinate collections-based, inquiry-driven PreK-12 lessons onsite, online, and offsite; manage logistics for guided and self-guided school visits; support outreach, college/career readiness activities, event staffing, and program development in collaboration with LECE and Visitor Experience teams.

Supervise the museums 24/7 Monitor Room, schedule and train security staff, monitor CCTV and alarm systems, conduct patrols and inspections, respond to incidents and emergencies, prepare reports, and maintain safety and visitor services.

Supervise engineering staff and manage day-to-day building operations, preventive maintenance, and life-safety compliance for museum facilities. Oversee HVAC, central plant, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, BMS monitoring, contractor coordination, emergency on-call response, inspections, documentation, and safety programs.
