Lead MEP scopes for large data center construction projects from preconstruction through commissioning and turnover. Coordinate design development, constructability reviews, and clash detection. Oversee installation of critical systems (power distribution, UPS, generators, switchgear, chilled water, CRAHs/CRACs, fire protection, BMS/EPMS). Manage schedules, procurement, budgets, QA/QC, commissioning/IST, owner training, and closeout documentation while interfacing with owners, AHJs, and commissioning agents and mitigating technical risks to redundancy and reliability.

Lead interdisciplinary teams to deliver water construction projects, manage safety and quality, control staffing and budgets, support bidding and preconstruction, handle RFIs, analyze risks and schedules, maintain client relationships, oversee close-out and claims, and act as primary contact for senior leadership.

Assist with planning, scheduling, coordination, safety, quality control, forecasting, budgeting, change orders, subcontractor management, and contract administration for federal construction projects. Lead project engineers, resolve labor and material issues, and manage vehicles, equipment, and tools while developing relationships and supporting project delivery.
