Develop and maintain baseline and progress schedules for a major construction project using Primavera. Coordinate with project teams and subcontractors, analyze schedule changes, delays, costs, risks, claims, and time impacts, and communicate findings. Lead scheduling meetings, prepare periodic reports, support budget forecasting, and develop contingency scenarios and claim mitigation plans.

Lead implementation and continuous improvement of project quality management systems. Oversee inspections, testing, documentation, KPIs, material management, audits, risk mitigation, and stakeholder coordination to ensure projects meet contract, safety, and quality requirements.

Supports construction project teams with document control, data entry, log maintenance, drawing and document distribution, meeting minutes, system access requests, training coordination, audit support, and secure information recordkeeping. The role requires strong organization, communication, discretion, and teamwork while working under direct supervision. Training is provided on core document control systems.
