Supports transportation construction projects through document control, project coordination, material procurement, quality checks, subcontractor coordination, surveying, progress reporting, equipment management, safety oversight, and estimating. The role requires at least one year of experience and may require relocation.

Assists with construction project planning, scheduling, coordination, safety and quality control, budgeting, forecasting, change orders, subcontractor management, and contract administration. The role also manages Project Engineers, resolves labor and material issues, and oversees vehicles, equipment, and tools. It requires at least four years of experience, leadership abilities, and preferably a bachelor's degree and prior construction experience.

Leads construction projects from startup through closeout, overseeing costs, schedules, engineering, personnel, contracts, quality, safety, forecasting, and customer relationships. Provides project team leadership, develops personnel, resolves issues, approves financial projections and schedules, and ensures construction procedures and safety goals are followed.
