Lead and manage construction projects across Ohio, Michigan, and Missouri. Oversee costs, schedules, engineering, personnel, contracts, QA/QC, forecasting, client relationships, and safety. Drive project startup through closeout, mentor teams, resolve issues, and coordinate with program and safety managers to ensure successful, on-time, compliant delivery.

Lead financial oversight for a service group: coordinate P&Ls, prepare business plans and narrative reports, manage accounting for claims, mentor staff, design analytical reports, represent the company in owner meetings, and ensure job compliance through frequent site visits.

Create and maintain project schedules, coordinate with project teams and subcontractors, analyze schedule impacts on cost and timeline, prepare reports, perform claim mitigation and time impact analyses, and support budget forecasting and risk assessments.
