Produces behind-the-scenes content for a pop culture and entertainment podcast by shooting, editing, and managing video across social and audio platforms. Collaborates with hosts on show topics and rundowns, records ad reads, manages YouTube publishing, creates titles and thumbnails, tracks content trends, resolves basic on-site technology issues, and fulfills sales-related production requests.

Leads end-to-end talent booking and relationship management across sports, entertainment, and culture. Responsibilities include outreach, negotiations, scheduling, logistics, talent itineraries, shoot support, and coordination with agents, managers, publicists, PR, communications, creative, and editorial teams. The role also supports publicity efforts, press opportunities, media alerts, and on-brand messaging while tracking industry trends and managing multiple priorities in an in-office media environment.

Manage daily accounts payable and receivable operations, including invoice processing, customer billing, collections, reconciliations, and payment follow-up. Support monthly and year-end close through journal entries, account reconciliations, reporting, audits, and tax filings. Partner with cross-functional teams to improve spend tracking, financial accuracy, workflows, and scalable finance infrastructure. Assist with technology implementation and ad hoc finance projects.
