Lead on-floor production teams to meet/exceed quality, safety, and efficiency targets. Manage staffing, daily operations, production planning, inventory, KPI reporting, continuous improvement, and employee development while partnering with EHS and Quality.

Support and implement workplace safety programs at manufacturing sites by conducting inspections and audits, tracking incidents, delivering training, improving ergonomics, ensuring compliance, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and closing corrective actions.

Prepare and measure raw materials for pharmaceutical compounding following SOPs and GMP. Weigh and document ingredients, extract samples, assist compounding operations, maintain cleanliness, follow hazardous material procedures, operate/pallet jack or forklift as needed, and record activities in databases.

Perform line inspections, data collection, and QA documentation to ensure GMP compliance. Monitor sanitation, verify labeling and codes, calibrate equipment, support sampling and audits, and communicate deviations to QA leads.

Support and oversee multiple filling/packaging production lines: ensure correct machine operation, fill weights, staffing, material staging, documentation, safety, downtime reporting, and hourly production board updates.

Operate and oversee filling and packaging lines, ensure correct fill weights and BOM accuracy, manage line staffing and downtime, enforce safety and hazardous materials procedures, keep production documentation and boards updated, and maintain line efficiency and cleanliness.

Coordinate and support filling and packaging line operations across multiple production lines. Ensure correct machine operation, accurate fill weights, proper staging and BOM verification, staffing, safety and training compliance, production reporting, downtime documentation, and hourly production board updates.

Support demand planners to ensure accurate, timely forecasts and production order execution. Monitor production orders, track risks and OOR items, develop planning reports, maintain SOPs, and sustain a rolling 6-week outlook while supporting planning initiatives and KPIs.
