Supervise Healthy Families program staff across two counties, provide reflective supervision, coaching, and field support, and oversee program operations, policies, documentation, data accuracy, audits, and contract compliance. The role also involves staff hiring and evaluations, team collaboration, risk management, and identifying child safety concerns requiring referral to the DCS hotline.

Provide independent living case management to older youth: build rapport, support transition skills (education, employment, financial, mental health), connect youth to community resources, partner with agencies and schools, and respond promptly to crises.
