Provide direct care and medication administration to senior residents, oversee medication aides, coordinate staff assignments, document clinical care in EHR, respond to emergencies, support training and scheduling, and promote person-centered care and compliance with regulations.

Plan and run engaging on- and off-site activities for seniors, encourage participation, prepare supplies, assist the Director with calendars/newsletters/social media, coordinate entertainers and community resources, respond to resident/family needs, participate in emergency response, and support special projects.

Plan, implement, and evaluate daily activities and large events for independent living, assisted living, and memory care residents. Create monthly calendars/newsletters, manage departmental budget, communicate with residents/families, complete annual Alzheimers continuing education, and participate in Manager on Duty rotation.
