Teams at The Village of Southampton

Assists with developing and leading engaging activities and events for senior residents, including off-site outings. Prepares supplies, supports resident participation, responds courteously to residents and visitors, helps create calendars and newsletters, takes photos, coordinates entertainers and community resources, and participates in emergency response activities.

Administer medications, oversee medication aides and resident care, provide direct assistance with daily living activities, respond to emergencies, complete clinical documentation, coordinate staffing, communicate with families and healthcare providers, and train care staff in an assisted living and memory care community.
