Assists with meal service in a resident-care setting by assembling trays, delivering meal carts, preparing and portioning food, rotating supplies, disposing of refuse, and washing and sanitizing dishes and equipment. Follows menus, standardized recipes, food-safety procedures, and departmental standards while maintaining cleanliness, timeliness, teamwork, and resident satisfaction.

Provide clinical leadership and oversight of nursing staff, administer medications and treatments, implement and document resident care plans, transcribe physician orders, conduct nursing assessments, participate in shift reports, educate support staff on policies and infection control, and coordinate staffing coverage to ensure resident safety and continuity of care.
