Supports dietary and resident care operations by assembling and delivering meal trays, preparing and serving food, managing supplies, rotating inventory, sanitizing dishes and equipment, and disposing of refuse. The role requires dependable attendance, teamwork, efficient task completion, food safety awareness, cleanliness, and a commitment to resident satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Provide clinical leadership and oversight of nursing staff, administer medications and treatments, implement and document resident care plans, transcribe physician orders, conduct nursing assessments, participate in shift reports, educate support staff on policies and infection control, and coordinate staffing coverage to ensure resident safety and continuity of care.
