Provide clinical leadership as a Charge Nurse (LVN or RN): oversee nurse aides, administer medications and treatments, transcribe physician orders, implement care plans, document assessments, participate in shift reports, educate staff, maintain safety and infection control, and coordinate staffing replacements.

Prepare and serve meals for residents: assemble trays, deliver meal carts, follow standardized recipes, portion and serve, rotate supplies, sanitize dishes and equipment, dispose of refuse, and maintain food safety and cleanliness while working as part of a team.
