Leads day-to-day HR services, advising leaders on employee and labour relations, performance management, policies, investigations, grievances, and compliance. Oversees HR staff, supports workforce planning, change management, talent initiatives, budgeting, HRIS implementation, and process improvement. Partners with stakeholders to promote an inclusive workplace and provides strategic support to the HR Director.
