Provide advocacy and coordination of Individual Support Plans (ISPs) for adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities. Assess needs, ensure medical care and documentation compliance, train and supervise DSPs, monitor progress and house funds, schedule/attend medical appointments, maintain medication administration and practicum observer certifications, act as certified investigator on-call, and support ISP development, reviews, and regulatory compliance.

Prepare and serve meals and snacks following menus and special diets, maintain sanitary kitchen and dining areas, package and deliver food, assist with catering and special events, participate in trainings, and follow dietary dress and safety requirements.

The Charge Nurse is responsible for leading the nursing team, managing resident care, responding to emergencies, and ensuring compliance with health regulations. This role requires collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, training staff, and maintaining documentation.
