Directs nursing services for residents, leads and schedules RNs, LPNs, and clinic nurses, develops policies, coordinates interdisciplinary medical care, oversees medication administration and pharmacy activities, maintains medical records, and ensures regulatory compliance, audits, corrective actions, and quality improvement. The role requires active Pennsylvania RN licensure, a bachelor's degree in nursing, and substantial professional and managerial nursing experience.

Leads implementation and administration of a centralized electronic scheduling program across residential and community-based locations. Coordinates staffing coverage, open shifts, vacancies, float and PRN deployment, and agency assignments. Develops scheduling procedures, templates, reports, training materials, and workflows; supports users and troubleshoots system issues. Monitors staffing trends, overtime, compliance, agency utilization, and schedule accuracy while partnering with operational and HR leaders to improve workforce efficiency and stability.

Assist the ATF supervisor by coordinating and supervising programming carried out by DSPs, ensure implementation of individual ISPs and daily schedules, train staff, pass medications and document, support community outings, attend required in-service training and meetings, and perform related duties.
