Provide administrative and receptionist support for a senior living community's sales and marketing team, manage CRM and reporting (Sherpa), coordinate marketing events and digital channels, process sales paperwork and invoices, maintain office inventory and schedules, assist with move-in coordination, and perform occasional off-site customer visits.

Plan, schedule, and lead wellness and activity programs for residents with dementia or mild cognitive impairment. Create calendars and newsletters, maintain activity materials, train staff and residents on technology and activity-related programs, adapt and develop new activities, and perform other assigned duties. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Lead front-facing operations (Front Desk, Concierge, Valet, Security) to deliver five-star resident and guest experiences. Oversee service protocols, resolve escalated concerns, recruit and coach teams, conduct quality audits, manage staffing, scheduling, budgets, and collaborate with executive leadership to continuously improve luxury hospitality standards.
