The Senior Accountant manages nonprofit grant accounting and financial reporting, including budgets, journal entries, invoices, accounts receivable and payable, audits, and funder reporting. The role partners with program leaders and funders, supports fiscal orientations, maintains department accounts and assets, develops procedures, and communicates financial issues and recommendations to leadership.

Leads partner experience for a portfolio of nonprofit clients, serving as the primary contact and overseeing issue resolution, strategic reviews, success planning, communications, and feedback. Manages an internal team, coordinates cross-functional initiatives, develops SOPs, supports grant-related guidance, improves workflows, and helps achieve departmental goals. The role requires strong nonprofit leadership, project management, communication, problem-solving, grant-making, accounting, human resources, and fundraising knowledge.

Manages assigned family-support programs, contracts, staff, caseloads, budgets, partnerships, and operational deliverables. Supervises program leaders and staff, oversees hiring and development, ensures compliance with funder requirements, maintains EHR and database accuracy, monitors outcomes and quality, prepares reports, and addresses performance or service barriers. The role also represents the organization in community and systems-change activities, supports family advocacy, and requires local travel with occasional evening and weekend work.

Manages quality assurance, auditing, cleaning, analysis, and reporting for Community Crisis Intervention Program data. Maintains Survey123 and Apricot records, monitors human services referrals and outcomes, supports deployment decisions through data insights, supervises data support staff, and collaborates with OSN, partner providers, leadership, and law enforcement. Produces reports and presentations, provides application support, maintains confidential records, and ensures data-entry compliance and documentation accuracy.

Supports cross-functional operations including procurement, vendor coordination, purchase orders, invoices, financial reconciliation, facilities, inventory, equipment, first-level IT support, onboarding, and site logistics. Maintains operational records, calendars, reports, and compliance documentation while resolving discrepancies and improving systems and processes. The role collaborates with internal teams and external vendors across a 24/7 service environment and may require site travel, flexible hours, and physical activity.
