Establishes commercial frameworks, governance, CRM and pipeline systems, partner intelligence, and consistent operating practices. Mobilises cross-functional teams around complex opportunities, strengthens business development and delivery capabilities, and builds trusted relationships with senior executives, academics, professional teams, and external partners to deliver sustainable institutional and commercial outcomes.

Leads strategic enterprise partnerships across energy, primary industries, and education. Develops and converts high-value opportunities, builds senior stakeholder relationships, translates university research and education capabilities into partner propositions, manages opportunity pipelines and governance, and leads a high-performing partnerships team.

Lead culturally grounded ecosystem partnerships and engagement across Western Australia, South Australia, and the Northern Territory. Build relationships with Indigenous communities, businesses, government, corporate, university, and philanthropic stakeholders; develop initiatives, proposals, funding submissions, and contracted revenue. Manage regional workshops, leadership programs, alumni networks, contractors, and facilitators while monitoring delivery, risks, outcomes, and impact.
