Leads corporate and philanthropic partnerships, community and alumni engagement, and events for the Melbourne Entrepreneurial Centre. Responsibilities include growing revenue and strategic relationships, managing partnership pipelines, activating entrepreneurial networks, overseeing events, coaching staff, and reporting on budgets, risks, engagement, and impact.

Analyze University data, test hypotheses, develop visualizations and reports, and provide actionable recommendations. The role partners with faculties and business functions to gather requirements, document methodologies, build scalable reporting solutions using AWS, Power BI and Excel, and improve stakeholder capability in data-informed decision-making.

Coordinate large-scale university graduations, commencements, and examinations across multiple sites. Manage event logistics, production schedules, suppliers, budgets, safety, risk, and quality requirements. Support event production, supervise and train casual staff, prepare operational materials, and contribute to process improvement and post-event reviews. Ensure ceremonies and examinations run safely, seamlessly, on schedule, and uphold academic integrity.
