Responsibilities include implementing access controls, monitoring services, creating automated tests and release pipelines, documenting systems, and collaborating with bioinformaticians, researchers, product owners, and analysts to deliver user-focused features.

Lead HR change programs and engagement activities that help staff adopt employment expectations and comply with workforce policies. Develop communications, guidance, training support, and web content; collaborate with HR, faculties, portfolios, and instructional designers; research change methodologies and employment trends; and contribute to compliance briefings, reports, and submissions. The role translates complex employment and policy issues into practical guidance and supports contemporary HR capability across the University.

Lead and manage Indigenous employment initiatives university-wide, designing and improving programs that support recruitment, retention and career development. Partner with HR and leaders to embed culturally safe practices, grow participation and pathways, monitor performance, manage risks, and produce high-quality reports and briefings to inform strategy.
