Provides strategic graphic design, branding, marketing, and visual communications support for a university business college. Creates print and digital promotional materials, coordinates photography and multimedia assets, manages timelines and quality control, and oversees vendor production. Collaborates with stakeholders to develop marketing solutions, maintain brand and accessibility standards, and support recruitment, alumni engagement, partnerships, and donor relations.

Provides administrative and clinic support, including patient reception, appointment scheduling, medical record maintenance, insurance verification, patient account management, billing support, inventory control, provider assistance, and confidential personnel and financial recordkeeping. Coordinates meetings, calendars, correspondence, programs, budgets, purchases, public inquiries, and clerical staff supervision. Maintains efficient clinic operations, supports patient satisfaction, and responds appropriately to patient emergencies.

The Visiting Assistant Professor teaches and helps design nurse anesthesia curriculum, coordinates faculty assignments, provides classroom, simulation, and skills-lab instruction, advises students, supports admissions and accreditation activities, and maintains clinical placement records and agreements. The role participates in committees, advises DNP projects, networks with academic and professional organizations, pursues continuing education, and maintains active CRNA practice.
