Serve as primary client contact to manage relationships, intake orders, prepare quotes, process estimates and sales orders, support invoicing, identify upsell opportunities, and coordinate traffic control services while ensuring safety and compliance with relevant standards.

Set up and manage traffic control zones, direct motorists, adjust work zone equipment, and respond to emergencies. Ensure compliance with WorkSafeBC, complete required documentation, attend safety meetings, report safety issues, wear PPE, and communicate effectively to de-escalate public frustrations.

Manage day-to-day accounts payable: process vendor invoices, POs, disbursements, bank and vendor reconciliations, government remittances, and corporate card payments. Produce A/P aging and KPI reports, handle vendor communications and escalations, maintain records, and recommend process improvements and automation. Support ERP systems and participate in implementation and efficiency initiatives to meet monthly deadlines.
