Performs deposit operations activities for a financial institution, including reviewing and reconciling reports, researching accounts, maintaining account and debit card records, processing wire transfers and stop payments, investigating non-posted transactions, monitoring disputes, verifying accounts, and supporting internal and external customers. The role also assists with general ledger entries, regulatory procedures, training, and other departmental operations.

Supports commercial lenders with loan documentation, due diligence, closings, annual reviews, financial information updates, servicing uploads, exception tracking, and regulatory compliance. Acts as a liaison among clients, lenders, internal departments, legal counsel, appraisers, and title companies. Provides customer service, resolves account issues, coordinates appointments, and performs administrative and clerical duties in an onsite banking environment.

Supports payroll, benefits, employee records, compliance, reporting, recruitment, onboarding, and employee training programs. Coordinates training materials, schedules, orientations, professional development, and compliance documentation. Provides HR support to employees and managers, maintains accurate HR and training records, assists with recruitment activities, and supports organizational initiatives, audits, and internal controls.
