Processes and reconciles payments across guest, group, banquet, spa, gift shop, and corporate accounts. Prepares deposits, invoices, aging reports, and payment tracking while resolving billing discrepancies with hotel departments and clients. Supports month-end close, direct bill applications, and accounting inquiries. Maintains accurate records, delivers professional guest service, and identifies process improvements in a high-end hospitality environment.

Processes vendor invoices, reconciles statements, schedules payments, prepares checks, and processes VCard transactions. Tracks capital project spending, reviews month-end financials, supports year-end 1099s, music licenses, unclaimed property, and outstanding checks. Responds to guest invoice and payment inquiries while performing cashiering, filing, and administrative duties. Requires accurate communication, confidentiality, organization, prioritization, and collaboration in a hotel environment.

Cleans and sanitizes kitchen dishware, cookware, food-service equipment, floors, storage areas, dish pits, and waste-disposal areas. Maintains a safe, sanitary, organized kitchen environment; removes trash, cardboard, and grease; follows safety procedures and uses personal protective equipment. The role requires lifting 50–75 pounds, maintaining equipment, breaking down the dish pit after the final shift, attending staff meetings, and supporting chefs with other duties.
