Supports the Controller with accounts receivable, invoicing, deposits, payment application, collections, revenue tracking, reconciliations, reporting, and audit preparation. The role also assists with payroll, accounts payable, sales tax remittances, financial analyses, and special projects while coordinating with internal departments and external clients.

The General Counsel serves as the Trust’s lead attorney and strategic legal advisor, overseeing contracts, real estate transactions, construction, procurement, regulatory compliance, litigation, risk management, insurance, employment matters, governance, and outside counsel. The role manages legal staff, supports the Board and senior leadership, coordinates with government agencies, and ensures compliance with applicable city and state requirements. The position requires a JD, New York State Bar admission, and at least ten years of progressively responsible legal experience.
