Lead financial controllership and commercial finance for North America FIT businesses. Partner with CEO and leadership on budgeting, forecasting, KPI reporting, profitability analysis, and strategic decision-making. Oversee month-end close, reconciliations, audit, tax, treasury, controls, and process improvements. Manage and develop finance team and collaborate with shared services and global finance.

Manage a defined multi-state territory and portfolio of trade partners to drive revenue and passenger growth. Execute territory planning, account strategies, partner enablement, cross-sell, onboarding, and market feedback using CRM and data insights. Deliver against KPIs, manage budgets, and travel frequently (up to 60%) for partner engagement and training.
