Provide front-desk and administrative support for an early childhood school: greet families, manage calls and emails, keep organized records, support tours, events, enrollment, and daily operations. Serve as a teacher floater when needed and help maintain a safe, structured, professional environment.

Lead marketing and enrollment efforts for a childcare center: create and run digital campaigns, produce marketing materials, host events and tours, manage inquiries and enrollment paperwork, build community partnerships, track enrollment data, and support program improvement.

Temporary part-time role assisting with packing, moving, organizing, and setting up classrooms and learning spaces. Tasks include lifting/moving materials and furniture, arranging educational supplies, cleaning, and supporting general operational tasks in a team environment from July to October.

Provide administrative support for a private childcare/school: manage communications, scheduling, enrollment follow-ups, records, phone inquiries, tours, events, onsite promotions, and daily office operations while supporting child safety and staff coordination.
