Own and ship the Town iOS app end-to-end: architecture, performance, reliability, and UX. Build native mobile experiences that let users hand work to the assistant, optimize latency and security, and collaborate with product, design, and backend to deliver polished features.

Own full-cycle technical recruiting for engineering and some product/design roles: source, interview, close candidates; design candidate experience and hiring systems; leverage Town product to improve sourcing and coordination; partner closely with founders and leaders to hire staff-level engineers.
