Own People Operations end to end, including onboarding, payroll, benefits, equity operations, immigration, HR compliance, HRIS administration, and employee support. Run Rippling as the system of record, maintain accurate employment data, manage regulatory obligations, coordinate immigration with outside counsel, and automate repetitive workflows. The role builds the People function at a high-growth applied AI startup in partnership with Talent, Finance, legal counsel, and company founders.

Own workplace technology for a San Francisco office, including networking, conference rooms, employee devices, access systems, vendors, and technology projects. Manage Google Workspace, Slack, 1Password, provisioning, endpoint lifecycle, and secure offboarding. Run SOC 2 and Vanta compliance operations, coordinate audits, security questionnaires, vendor-risk reviews, evidence collection, and remediation. Build runbooks, inventories, queues, integrations, and automation while partnering with engineering, security, legal, customers, auditors, and vendors.

Build and optimize product-led growth systems across Town, including invite and referral flows, conversion funnels, monetization, team expansion, dashboards, experiments, admin controls, and enterprise SSO. The role ships product rapidly, measures growth metrics, improves virality and free-to-paid conversion, and partners cross-functionally with GTM and business teams. This position is based in San Francisco and requires working in person five days per week.
