Lead full-cycle go-to-market recruiting for sales, marketing, growth, partnerships, customer success, and business ops. Own candidate experience, source and close senior commercial hires, build hiring systems and infrastructure, and leverage Towns AI product to scale recruiting.

Own full-cycle technical recruiting for engineering and some product/design roles: source, interview, close candidates; design candidate experience and hiring systems; leverage Town product to improve sourcing and coordination; partner closely with founders and leaders to hire staff-level engineers.

Own Town’s native macOS client end to end, including architecture, features, OS integrations, performance, privacy, and release infrastructure. Build a fast, lightweight, always-on menu-bar application using Swift, SwiftUI, and AppKit. Work with backend and AI teams to integrate the agent natively, while managing signing, notarization, sandboxing, crash reporting, and auto-updates. The role is fully in-person in San Francisco and requires strong ownership of a polished Mac app experience.
