Lead North America social, influencer, creator, and experiential marketing strategy. Build and manage influencer and talent partnerships, plan consumer events and retail activations, develop integrated campaigns, set KPIs, analyze performance to optimize ROI, manage agencies/vendors and budgets, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive brand awareness and engagement.

Lead North America field sales and education strategy to drive retail sell-through, brand awareness, and in-store experience. Oversee field teams, retailer partnerships (Sephora, Ulta), training curriculum, new store openings, activations, merchandising, and budget management while analyzing performance and partnering cross-functionally to optimize retail execution.
