Lead North America commercial sales strategy across sell-in, sell-through, forecasting, inventory management, and strategic retail partnerships (Sephora, Ulta). Build and coach a high-performing sales organization, align cross-functionally with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations, develop annual plans and forecasting tools, and travel to retailer HQs and key markets.

Lead and execute commercial strategy for Target and Ulta, drive revenue and distribution growth, manage retailer relationships and P&Ls, coordinate cross-functional teams (Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Field Sales) to optimize assortment, promotions, forecasting, and in-store execution, and deliver regular reporting and strategic recommendations to leadership.

Lead U.S. trade marketing strategy and calendar across Sephora, Ulta, and professional channels. Develop and execute 360° retailer plans, partner with Sales and cross-functional teams, manage budget, vendors, and international localization, analyze performance, and drive channel growth and retailer relationships.
