Coordinates Engineering, Operations, Quality, Sales, Implementation, executives, external partners, and customers. Oversees multiple concurrent initiatives, tracks performance, resolves issues, improves project management processes, and ensures alignment with organizational and customer objectives.

Manages B2B customer relationships, inquiries, orders, quotes, pricing, shipping communications, returns, warranties, and account support. Supports sales growth, upselling, customer training, and issue resolution while coordinating with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, Manufacturing, and IT. Maintains accurate customer and order data, monitors fulfillment, supports receivables follow-up, tracks performance metrics, and drives process improvements, ERP/CRM enhancements, and technology implementations.

Manage planning, logistics, vendor relations, merchandise, staffing, and execution for trade shows, conferences, customer and corporate events. Maintain event calendars, budgets, registrations, materials, and documentation while partnering with marketing to meet business objectives and deliver exceptional attendee experiences.
