Serve as primary commercial contact for assigned OEM customers: develop account strategies, drive revenue growth, support product introductions and qualification, manage contracts and forecasts, coordinate cross-functional teams, and represent the company at customer meetings and industry events.

Manage planning, logistics, vendor relations, merchandise, staffing, and execution for trade shows, conferences, customer and corporate events. Maintain event calendars, budgets, registrations, materials, and documentation while partnering with marketing to meet business objectives and deliver exceptional attendee experiences.

Create detailed 2D/3D CAD drawings, installation schematics, and BOMs to support product integration. Collaborate with engineers, sales, manufacturing, and customers to translate requirements into manufacturable designs, update documentation for product introductions and changes, and support troubleshooting and continuous improvement.
