Manage end-to-end expert matching and client servicing for Korea-focused projects. Provide market research, industry benchmarking, and actionable insights. Support account management, client growth, and cross-functional coordination with global teams to ensure high-quality delivery and client retention.

Manage day-to-day finance operations including invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, bookkeeping, ERP management, tax filings (GST, IT), liaising with external accountants and payroll vendors, and preparing accurate periodic financial reports.
