Drive revenue by researching client needs, identifying and recruiting relevant industry experts, evaluating expert qualifications, and facilitating client-expert engagements. Manage expert relationships, support payment-related queries, provide proactive client updates, and strengthen user engagement and retention. This is an on-site, target-based, client-facing individual contributor role requiring research, cold-calling, persuasion, negotiation, and strong communication skills.
