Coordinates alumni outreach programs, events, projects, and operational processes for more than 1,200 alumni. Responsibilities include event logistics, vendor coordination, budgeting, registration, reporting, database management, web content, executive scheduling, travel planning, reimbursements, and confidential administrative support. The role develops project plans, evaluates program effectiveness, manages stakeholder communications, and supports technology and process improvements.
