The Controller oversees accounting operations, financial reporting, internal controls, audits, inventory controls, credit and collections, and accounting systems. The role prepares executive financial analyses, ensures reliable and auditable data, drives process improvements, and leads the accounting team. The Controller reports to the CFO and manages financial procedures, compliance with accepted accounting practices, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Creates and maintains assembly instruction manuals for new and existing products. Develops technical illustrations, graphics, photography, and 3D models using CAD-based tools; collaborates with engineering, quality, safety, legal, marketing, and other teams; conducts test builds; manages approval workflows, templates, translations, release schedules, and printed manual production. Requires strong visual communication, technical writing, organizational, and project management skills.
