Coordinates multiple early-phase oncology clinical trials under senior research staff guidance. Responsibilities include protocol oversight, sponsor and CRO communication, patient screening and informed consent, source document management, data collection, deviation documentation, adverse event reporting, and trial closeout activities. The role ensures compliance with protocols, SOPs, GCP, regulatory requirements, and patient safety standards while supporting accurate and timely study conduct.

Supports multiple early-phase oncology clinical trials under senior research staff guidance. Responsibilities include coordinating protocol activities, communicating with sponsors and CROs, screening patients, facilitating informed consent, training staff, monitoring protocol compliance, identifying deviations, maintaining accurate documentation, collecting data, and supporting Serious Adverse Event reporting with the Principal Investigator. The role requires adherence to GCP, regulatory requirements, study protocols, and patient safety standards.

Leads full-cycle recruitment of oncology physicians and physician-investigators across START’s global clinical research network. Develops sourcing strategies, builds talent pipelines, manages candidate relationships, coordinates interviews and site visits, negotiates offers, and supports onboarding. Advises executives on physician workforce planning, labor-market intelligence, recruitment performance, and long-term talent strategy. Cultivates relationships with oncology fellowships, academic cancer centers, principal investigators, and clinical research communities.
