Manage multiple DoD-focused projects including operations, budgets, invoicing, staffing, contract and deliverable management. Oversee project managers, enforce performance metrics, resolve operational issues, support proposal development, budgeting and business development with emphasis on healthcare and behavioral health solutions for federal agencies.

Provide technical and programmatic support for Navy S&T initiatives in Anti-Submarine Warfare and Mine Warfare: analyze complex technical data, support test plans across TRL 1-7, evaluate and integrate underwater sensors and systems, develop executive briefings, support program reviews, and align research with operational requirements.
