Maintains solution content, competitive intelligence, battle cards, sales materials, Aha! records, and launch materials. Partners with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Implementation, and Client Success to validate workflows, support releases, train client-facing teams, and hand off agreed solution scope for implementation.
