Teams at The Spring of Tampa Bay, Inc.

Provide empowerment-based advocacy, counseling, crisis intervention, safety planning, service management, and referrals for shelter participants; complete intakes, service plans, records, and monthly reports; facilitate support groups and coordinate with community partners.

Represent survivors of domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, and stalking in obtaining injunctions and other legal remedies; work directly with survivors and appear in Domestic Violence Court; practice is paperless to prioritize client service.

Lead fundraising strategy and donor engagement, focusing on major gifts, planned giving, capital campaign commitments, grants, and giving circle growth. Manage donor stewardship, events, media/speaking engagements, and Board relations. Supervise Development team members and track fundraising metrics to meet short- and long-term financial goals.
