Manage executive support, office operations, bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, expense tracking, records, documents, meetings, correspondence, supplies, and multi-company administrative coordination. The role requires accurate handling of confidential financial information, deadline tracking, process improvement, and independent prioritization across dealership management and real estate operations.

Manage automotive financing and insurance processes at a new-car dealership. Structure deals, maximize profitability, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and support sales operations in a fast-paced environment.
