Lead and develop F&I managers across a 13-store dealership group through hands-on field coaching, onboarding, performance evaluation, compliance training, and reporting to improve Net F&I performance and service contract penetration.

Manage dealership accounting operations including month-end close, financial statement preparation, payroll posting, bank reconciliations, tax filings, warranty/rebate account maintenance, audit support, and financial analysis to improve profitability. Supervise accounting staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain data integrity across dealership systems.
