Supports compliance with federal, state, and local government grant and contract requirements. Responsibilities include maintaining policies and documentation, assisting with audits and monitoring, tracking corrective actions, preparing training and reporting materials, coordinating reimbursement documentation with Finance, and supporting communications with funders and monitoring agencies. The role also assists program teams with compliance reporting and requires attendance at an annual local fundraising event.

Responsibilities include maintaining documentation and SOPs, assisting with audits and monitoring, preparing training materials, tracking corrective actions, supporting reporting and reimbursement documentation, and coordinating with finance, program teams, funders, and monitoring agencies. The role also helps interpret regulations, prepare for site reviews, and deliver compliance training under senior operations leadership.

Leads day-to-day education program operations, including scheduling, curriculum development, educator training and supervision, community presentations, program metrics, quality assurance, grant compliance, budgeting, and reporting. Builds partnerships with schools and community organizations, hires educators and volunteers, delivers workshops, and supports programming related to sexual risk avoidance, pregnancy, childbirth, and parenting.

Build and execute community engagement strategies, develop partnerships with healthcare, nonprofit, faith-based, business, school, and civic organizations, and represent The Source at outreach events. Cultivate sponsorships, donors, volunteers, referrals, and community ambassadors while supporting fundraising goals. Track partnerships and referrals in Salesforce, coordinate cross-functional outreach, deliver presentations, and expand services into underserved communities.

Provide care coordination for women and families by assessing needs, creating individualized care plans, connecting clients to community and government resources, conducting follow-up calls and visits, documenting cases in Salesforce, and facilitating client groups in collaboration with clinic staff.
