Lead major gift, corporate, foundation, and community fundraising by cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding donors. Manage a donor portfolio, prepare proposals and reports, pursue sponsorships/partnerships, support monthly giving and events, represent the organization publicly, and maintain CRM records in Salesforce to meet revenue goals.

Lead community outreach and partnership-building to raise awareness, recruit volunteers, and drive fundraising through sponsorships, events, donor cultivation, and referral relationships. Represent the organization at community events, coordinate cross-department outreach, track engagement in Salesforce, and meet annual fundraising and partnership goals.

Provide care coordination for women and families by assessing needs, creating individualized care plans, connecting clients to community and government resources, conducting follow-up calls and visits, documenting cases in Salesforce, and facilitating client groups in collaboration with clinic staff.

Manage compliance for federal, state, and local government grants by developing policies and SOPs, conducting internal monitoring and audits, preparing for external audits, partnering with program and finance teams for documentation and reporting, delivering compliance training, and advising leadership on continuous improvement and risk mitigation for assigned grants (TTF, SRAE, etc.).
