An 8–12 month hospitality development programme rotating through Front Office and Housekeeping operations. The trainee will support guest experiences, room allocations, service recovery, room inspections, inventory, scheduling, KPI analysis, quality standards, contractor coordination, and operational improvement projects. The programme develops leadership and hotel management skills, preparing participants for roles such as Front Office Supervisor, Housekeeping Supervisor, or Duty Manager.

Leads commercial fit-out projects across Iberia from initiation through opening, managing schedules, budgets, quality, risks, commercial performance, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders. Oversees multiple regional projects, supports Project Managers, provides reporting and escalation, and standardizes delivery processes. Requires strong architecture, interior design, construction, project management, commercial management, leadership, and decision-making skills, plus fluency in English and Spanish.

Supports the B2B Sales team with partner agreements, contracted rate updates, commercial account administration, data accuracy, visibility checks, reporting, and database management. The intern also assists with partner requests, market analysis, business development, site visit coordination, contract administration, event management, and cross-department commercial projects. This is a six-month internship in a hospitality environment requiring English and Italian fluency, organization, communication, and attention to detail.
