Support the design and delivery of digital and in-person learning content, including e-learning modules, onboarding materials, training scripts, videos, handouts, and toolkits. Collaborate with subject matter experts and People & Culture stakeholders, manage LMS users and reports, research learning trends, write training copy, and contribute to internal learning campaigns and programs.

Leads the international commercial strategy across hospitality, coworking, membership, events, F&B, and other revenue streams. Builds an integrated model spanning Revenue, Sales, Distribution, CRM, Digital, and Partnerships; grows direct bookings, reduces OTA reliance, improves pricing and margins, and expands group and event business. Oversees commercial transformation, data and AI adoption, governance, and scalable growth across owned assets and Hotel Management Agreements.

Manage B2B partner accounts across business, education, and leisure sectors, converting leads into bookings and maintaining strong relationships. Responsibilities include preparing offers, rate agreements, proposals, and contracts; maintaining Salesforce data; coordinating with Revenue, Reservations, and Community teams; identifying renewals and upselling opportunities; monitoring local market rates; and participating in community events.
