Verify finished goods meet specifications and GMP standards, inspect incoming materials, gather and document samples, perform line and packaging inspections, issue NCMRs, maintain lot traceability and quality records, conduct GMP training, audits and mock recalls.

Perform soap production tasks across mold setup, compounding, soap making, cutting, and packaging. Maintain GMP, meet daily production targets, ensure cleanliness, follow safety/PPE protocols, and assist process improvements.

Prepare and blend soap compound batches to specified formulations, measure and weigh raw materials, follow SOPs/GMP, perform quality checks (visual, pH), maintain batch and inventory records, and report deviations while supporting safe on-site production.
