Teams at The Smith & Wollensky Restaurant Group, Inc.

Clear and reset tables, maintain restaurant cleanliness, assist servers and guests, carry and return trays and dishes, stock stations, check restrooms, and perform other duties as assigned by management in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Prepare and execute sauté, sides, pasta, chicken and fish dishes to restaurant standards in a high-volume steakhouse. Maintain mise en place, station setup/breakdown, food safety, consistent plating, and clear communication with the culinary team. Assist with prep and cross-train on other stations as needed.
