Prepare and execute menu items at the sauté, sides, pasta, and fish station in a high-volume steakhouse. Maintain mise en place, plating consistency, food safety, and clear communication during service. Assist with prep and cross-train on other stations.

Clear and reset tables, maintain restaurant cleanliness, assist servers and guests, carry and return trays and dishes, stock stations, check restrooms, and perform other duties as assigned by management in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
