Patrol assigned properties, observe and report incidents, document daily activities, enforce property rules, communicate concerns to management or law enforcement, conduct safety and vacancy inspections, and maintain clean, secure premises. The role requires continuous walking and standing, customer interaction, schedule flexibility including nights and weekends, ongoing training, and the ability to obtain a valid security license and carry approved security equipment.
