The Fundraising and Stewardship VISTA will improve donor stewardship by strengthening donor management systems, creating recurring fundraising and donor activity reports, documenting processes, developing staff training materials, and supporting communications to increase donations, youth participation, volunteer recruitment, and supporter engagement. The role includes learning organizational programs, refining fundraising workflows, producing an annual fundraising report, and creating a sustainable handbook of systems and practices.

Leads fundraising events including Gala4Goals and Golf4Goals from planning through post-event reporting. Manages budgets, vendors, logistics, committees, volunteers, donor and sponsor solicitation, auction donations, stewardship, and sponsor benefit fulfillment. Builds donor pipelines, tracks fundraising performance, collaborates across development and communications teams, and reports results to leadership and the Board. The role requires occasional evening and weekend event support.

Oversee nonprofit financial operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, general ledger management, audits, tax filings, internal controls, cash flow, and treasury management. Supervise accounting staff, support payroll and benefits-related processes, ensure regulatory compliance, provide strategic financial insights to leadership, and improve financial systems and processes.
