Monitors a residential shelter to maintain safety, enforce policies, support client intake, assign beds, distribute linens, document incidents, and maintain attendance and roster records. The role assists homeless clients, explains procedures, conducts police-clearance intake steps, and collaborates with staff. Applicants need a high school diploma with one year of social-service experience or two years of work experience without a diploma, plus CPR/First Aid certification or the ability to obtain it.

Coordinates seasonal Red Kettle Campaign operations, including hiring and onboarding bell ringers and drivers, scheduling staff and volunteers, maintaining timekeeping and payroll records, coordinating kettle locations and routes, tracking campaign activity, and responding to daily operational needs. The role provides supervision and training, supports equipment movement and local deliveries, visits campaign sites, and requires regular local driving, flexible hours, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
