Provide strengths-based case management to individuals and families: screen and assess needs, determine eligibility, develop action plans, connect clients to community resources, coordinate the food pantry, document client interactions, and participate in Pathway of Hope team activities.

Provide friendly, mission-driven customer service in a thrift store: greet customers, operate the cash register, merchandise and stock products, maintain clean displays and store areas, assist with donations and inventory flow, help customers with purchases, and support store events and promotional activities in a part-time role.

Provide case management and lead didactic groups for clients, maintain case records per Harbor Light standards, assist clinical staff with administrative tasks, attend clinical meetings, and participate in ongoing training to support treatment of mental health and substance abuse populations.
