Coordinates the Christmas Angel Tree Program by recruiting and scheduling volunteers, communicating with donors and corporate sponsors, assigning Angels, preparing gift orders, maintaining records, supporting client interviews and database entry, and producing program reports. Provides courteous telephone and program support, organizes materials, coordinates gift pickup and delivery, and assists with volunteer appreciation activities. Work occurs in office and warehouse settings and may involve driving.

Provide long-term case management for an assigned caseload: assess eligibility, develop and monitor individualized recovery plans, coordinate housing, benefits, transportation, and community resources, manage a food pantry, maintain accurate HMIS records, and liaise with external agencies and funding bodies. Ensure compliance with program and funding requirements and prepare reports and discharge plans.

Provides comprehensive case management and social services to clients in a shelter and life management program. Develops recovery plans, conducts counseling and mentoring, coordinates housing, benefits, transportation, food, and community resources, and monitors client progress. Maintains case records, HMIS data, statistics, funding compliance, and discharge plans. Also manages food pantry operations, supervises community service workers, coordinates with probation and parole personnel, and conducts home visits and off-site meetings.
