The role covers South London properties and includes working flexibly to meet replacement targets.

Manage rent and service charge accounts, monitor and recover arrears, negotiate repayment arrangements, support tenancy obligations, maintain accurate records, produce rent statements, and complete income-related administration. The role involves customer engagement, debt recovery, liaison with internal and external agencies, and supporting legal or enforcement processes, including court attendance.

Supports vulnerable customers in supported housing by helping with personalized support and move-on plans, tenancy matters, budgeting, healthcare coordination, safeguarding, and access to community services. Maintains accurate records, financial administration, and incident logs; handles reception and enquiries; supports referrals, group sessions, room preparation, and housing management. The role requires flexible rota work, emergency response, teamwork, confidentiality, and a caring, resilient approach.
