Provide advice and referrals on benefits, debt and money management; support eviction processes and colleagues. Maintain rent accounts and tenancy records, administer petty cash, monitor income and expenditure, generate rent statements, submit performance information and produce reports. Travel to local properties, handle sensitive information and work flexibly during operating hours.

Supports regional asset management programs involving housing stock acquisitions, disposals, transfers, rationalization, and home ownership initiatives. Manages option appraisals, resident consultations, property sales, contracts, budgets, stakeholder relationships, reporting, and project delivery through completion. Maintains asset records, monitors contractor performance, ensures compliance with policies and statutory requirements, and contributes to continuous process improvement.

Support customers in supported housing by delivering personalized support and move-on plans, managing risks, maintaining accurate records, handling tenancy and financial administration, coordinating healthcare and community referrals, responding to emergencies, promoting independence, and maintaining safe, clean accommodation. The role also involves reception, phone enquiries, safeguarding, incident reporting, group sessions, and flexible shift work.
